Strategic Plan for 2008-2012

Every five years, we complete a Stragegic Plan process for Council on Aging. The Plan consists of many hours and months of brainstorming and refining our vision. Our staff, management team, and board of directors all participate in the process.

Please take a look at our Strategic Plan for 2008-2012, and look at the "Milestones" section. It is safe to say we not only met our last Strategic Plan initiatives, we exceeded them. And our new goals reflect the heart and mission of this organization.
