Kitchen Campaign Successful

Thanks to a caring community that values it’s seniors, Council on Aging’s Kitchen Campaign to build the new Meals on Wheels Kitchen successfully raised over $3.5 Million dollars.
The new kitchen began operation June 4th, 2007.

Amounts received over the $3.5 Million will help to defray the $250,000 additional expense to install a generator so that the kitchen can serve the community in the event of a disaster.
