Sonoma County is conveniently located one hour north of San Francisco.
Easily accessible from the Bay area, those coming from out of the area may find convenient flights directly into the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport from Seattle, Portland, San Diego and Los Angeles.
Additional air service is convenient from most cities throughout the US and Canada into Oakland and San Francisco. Bus service from both the Oakland and San Francisco airports is available through Airport Express.
Public transportation is available throughout the county through Sonoma County Transit and through the SMART Train . Take a ride on our fabulous new rail system which goes from Santa Rosa down to San Rafael.
