​​​​​​​​Age Requirements & Games Information

• Doubles team age divisions: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, & 80+

• Players must be 50 years of age by December 31, 2025 to compete.

• Skill levels of 2.5-5.0 are welcome.

 

Registration Information & Fees

Online registration opens on March 1st, 2025 at 12:01 a.m.

Fees:    $60 one-time registration fee for all athletes and a $20/sport event fee

Deadline to register: May 31st, at 11:59 p.m.

T-shirts are included with registration and available at check-in. No size exchanges on-site.

 

Medals

Medals are awarded to the top three doubles teams: 1st, 2nd & 3rd places, in each division.

Please pick-up your medal on-site or make arrangements with someone to do that for you.

Medals will not be mailed and are not available for pick-up at the Council on Aging office.

 

Venue Information

• Parking is extremely limited around Sunrise Park and in the adjacent neighborhood, so please carpool.

• Water and healthy snacks will be provided for athletes, Games volunteers and tournament officials.

• Portable restrooms and handwashing stations are available on-site.

Tournament Details & Rules:

• This is a non-sanctioned, un-refereed, inclusive community tournament

• USAP/IFP rules govern play

• Double elimination play for men’s, women’s and mixed doubles

• We reserve the right to change the round-robin format for any age division                                                based on entry numbers, space restrictions and any other circumstance effecting play                         

• Outdoor (neon) balls will be provided and used for play

• Need a partner? Go to the tournament registration site to see who’s looking.

• We recommend that you check in 1 hour before your event
