Many of us are living the life of the “sandwich generation” — caught between caring for our children and our aging parents. We are grateful that Mom and Dad are still here to share life with us, yet we also face fear and concern when illness and decline take place.

How do we navigate this road with our aging parents?

Your first call should always be the Council on Aging Services for Seniors at 707-525-0143. We offer an array of financial, nutritional, and social services that may fit your parent’s needs if they reside in Sonoma County.
